- To operate and manage an accessible community centre within the west View Estate.
- To provide a range of activities to local residents that encourage, support and
empower a diverse range of individuals.
- To liase with a range of partners including statutory and private organisations, local community groups, volunteer agencies and local businesses to enhance the provision of activities within the centre.
- To develop a network of key partners who can contribute to the provision of financial sustainability for the centre.
- To organise fundraising programmes within and including the local community.
- To continue to develop and enhance the provision of a planned community programme.
